September 18th, 2010- The New Hampshire Pipes & Drums Grade 5 competition band was awarded not only the Most IMproved Award for a Grade 5 Band but also the First Place Trophy. In all, there were 11 bands in the category.
August 28th, 2010- The New Hampshire Pipes & Drums traveled to Quechee, Vermont to perform and compete in the 2010 Quechee Scottish Festival. The competition went well for both the Grade 4 and Grade 5 bands with second placed finishes for each.
August 21st, 2010- The New Hampshire Pipes & Drums performed and competed at the Maine Highland Games, August 21st. The highlight of the Games for us was the 1st place finishes for both the Grade 4 and Grade 5 bands. The Grade 4 competition was extremely close with NHP&D tied in points with a band from Canada. First place was therefore determined by the ensemble scores in which NHP&D bested the other band.
